Farrell Departures Coons to exit Electronic Retailing Association Julie Coons will step down as CEO of the $6M-revenue Electronic Retailing Association on April 1 to move on to new career challenges, the association recently announced. Coons joined ERA in 2008. The association credits her with growing its revenue and leading efforts to defeat federal regulatory proposals that would have hurt the industry. Coons previously was CEO of the Tech Council of Maryland and EVP of PCIA—The Wireless Infrastructure Association.
